The DDU GKY project plays a pivotal role in providing youth with the training and resources they need for sustainable careers, and the leadership team took time to ensure everything is on track and aligned with our mission of creating skilled professionals for tomorrow's workforce.
Roshan Bacha Roshan Mustaqbil (RBRM) is a flagship social initiative of the Comtech Group, dedicated to empowering students from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) studying in classes 7th to 10th. Designed to break the cycle of poverty, the project ensures that deserving students receive free, high-quality academic coaching and access to learning opportunities that would otherwise remain out of reach.
Aim of the Project The core objective of RBRM is to provide a holistic educational environment to EWS students who face severe socio-economic barriers. These barriers often limit their academic growth, confidence, and access to future opportunities. RBRM works to eliminate these inequalities by Offering structured academic coaching. Providing access to modern learning resources. Delivering community-based mentoring and skill development. Ensuring equal opportunity for advancement.
Commitment to Community Welfare Comtech Group is deeply rooted in the belief that education is the most powerful tool for societal upliftment. The organization reinvests its profits and dividends into supporting the education of EWS students. Current Strength & Achievement 7 fully functional RBRM Centers across Baramulla district. 5000+ students successfully trained since inception. 750 students currently enrolled for the ongoing academic year. All centers equipped with Smart Classrooms, digital resources, and qualified faculty.
Future Expansion Comtech aims to scale the RBRM model and replicate its success in other districts across Kashmir. The long-term vision is to build a network of Smart Learning Centres that can support thousands of underprivileged students every year, helping them achieve academic excellence and shaping a brighter future for the community.
