Fibre Optical Cable Laying & Commissioning of GPON Equipment
Gujarat
COMTECH has been awarded the laying of Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) for the state of Gujarat. Around 460 kms are currently under active work of the total 2,810 kms allotted to COMTECH GROUP by ITI Limited Bangalore.
The process includes survey, laying of OFC by trenching, duct laying, pulling of OFC cable, overhead OFC laying, installation, testing and commissioning of GPON equipment for GFGNL.
OFC Laying — Trenching, PLB HDPE Duct & Blowing
Maharashtra
COMTECH has been assigned trenching, laying of PLB HDPE duct and backfilling, OFC blowing through PLB HDPE duct, installation of ERM, chamber, splicing and ABD in coordination with Ansh Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
Total allotted length: 748 kms. Status: 446 kms successfully completed. Of the remaining 302 kms — 100 kms T&D completed with blowing ongoing, and 38 kms under active work process.
GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) Installation
Uttar Pradesh
COMTECH has been given the task of providing GPON equipment across many states of India, with successful installations of OLTs and ONTs completed in multiple states.
For the state of Uttar Pradesh, as of now 89 OLTs and 1,477 ONTs have been successfully installed — with the remaining installations currently under active work process.
Operation & Maintenance of GUJNET — Island 2
Gujarat
COMTECH in coordination with Ishan Info Tech Limited is working on the operation and maintenance of the GFGNL Package covering the sub-domains of GPON / DWDM / RFMS / OFC Network.
The project provides connectivity to Gram Panchayats and TC/DC locations across the state of Gujarat. The work is currently under active progress.
Fibre to the Home (FTTH) Network Rollout
Bangalore, Karnataka
COMTECH has been awarded by ITI Limited Bangalore for the laying of FTTH (Fibre to the Home) across the city of Bangalore.
The project involves rolling out fibre cable and the complete FTTH network infrastructure across Bangalore — bringing high-speed internet directly to homes and businesses. This project is currently under active work process.

Odisha
COMTECH has been awarded by ITI Limited Bangalore for the laying of FTTH (Fibre to the Home) across the state of Odisha.
COMTECH is assigned with rolling out optical fibre cable and the FTTH network across Odisha — expanding broadband access to homes and businesses statewide. This project is currently under active work process.
OFC Operation & Maintenance — Rural Vadodara
Vadodara District, Gujarat
COMTECH has been awarded by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for SLA-based Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) maintenance of the rural area of Vadodara district in the state of Gujarat.
The total designated length for this project is 650 kms of OFC network — ensuring network uptime, fault rectification and ongoing maintenance under a service level agreement. This project is currently under active work process.
